THEME: The theme of this issue is MAS. This can expand across dance, performance, carnival and costume design.

 

ARTWORK ACCEPTED: photography, art images (symbolism, abstract, realism), fashion photography, poetry, opinions/analyses/think pieces/short stories, , steel pan, characters, illustrations, dance videos

 

Your artwork MUST relate to the theme (color palette, concept, backstory, art style)  to be considered. If you do not hear back from us in 1 week, unfortunately your work hasn't been selected at this time. 

 

About the magazine: WIC began as West Indian Creatives, built to celebrate the artistry of the Caribbean diaspora. Today, it remains rooted in Caribbean culture while exploring its deep West African origins and soon, other heritages.
